During this session you will learn Body Ready Method® and Spinning Babies® based movements that will help relax and prepare your body for labor. Following the movement portion will be the bodywork section which includes acupressure points, light fascia stretching and gentle massage techniques. These specialized Spinning Babies® sessions will help balance the pelvis and surrounding areas by utilizing soft tissue massage techniques that help release fascial and ligament restrictions encouraging prenatal comfort and optimal fetal positioning for birth preparation.

At your initial sixty minute session we review your health history, assess your alinement and movement patterns and discuss your prenatal, postpartum and childbirth goals. If you live in Manhattan, Ellyn can come to your home. Please reach out to her directly via text at 917-763-9633
